YOUNG PLAYERS NIGHT

HEADLINE SHOWCASE

SOUTH OF POLARIS

Hello Acoustic Clubbers

This week we are back with a double headed event with our Young Players topped off with a Headline Showcase we have been looking forward to for a very long time.

Our Young Players are a staple of our programme over the year with three nights set aside for young players to come along with the trappings of a professional stage for their performances.

We always try to couple their performance with a special headline act and this week we have hit double top welcoming back South of Polaris for a Showcase performance.

South of Polaris is the Flamenco-infused Alt Folk duo of Danii Reales (UK) and Saúl Díaz (Spain), whose music is as emotionally raw as it is sonically rich. Their sound blends intimate folk storytelling, the fire of flamenco, and the theatrical energy of rock, anchored by Danii’s unforgettable vocals and violin, and Saúl’s intricate Electro-Classical Guitar.

Born from grief, their music became a form of healing, transforming intense emotion into honest, relatable songwriting. Their performances are immersive and dynamic, offering audiences a visceral experience that’s both grounded and transcendent.

A welcome return to these two superb entertainers.

Our young players tonight are as varied and brilliant as we can make them.

Tonight we are delighted to welcome Isaac Cameron, Alessandra Freeston, Elliot Laverne, Jasper Bokay, Layla Mone, Seamus Rushden and Ettie Haynes & Alicia Gradica
